I was involved in a road traffic accident but it wasn't my fauly. How can I make a claim?

Firstly gather as much information as you can about the accident, especially the details of the other driver - the registration, driver details and insurance details. Also take photographs or make drawings so it explains how the accident took place and details of any witnesses. Then contact Unicorn - we'll take care of the rest.

What happens after I make a claim?

We assess your claim to check that we have all the information we need and make a initial assessment to confirm that the accident was not your fault. We also check the insurance status of the other driver. We're then in a position to decide the services that are available to you and the ones that you may require. We then go ahead and start arranging services such as recovering your vehicle, repair assessment, provide you with a replacement vehicle and arrange for personal injury claims.

Are your services really free? What's the catch?

There is no catch. As long as we can assess that the accident was not your fault, the services are provided without any charge to you. We recover the cost of the services provided from the guilty party's insurance company.Then contact Unicorn - we'll take care of the rest.
